Educational Videos
We have developed two demonstrations that address hazards and ventilation of confined space manure storages. The first video is for storages with a solid cover over the storage and is approximately 24 minutes long. The second video is for storages with a partial or a fully slotted floor. This video has three parts and is approximately 27 minutes. The first part is for when there is a low level of gas in the manure storage before ventilating, while the second part is for when there is a high level of gas in the manure storage before ventilating. The third part is to show the effect of using an outside source of fresh air to ventilate manure storages. We highly recommend viewing all three parts of this video.
